Concord Pavilion Rules
Toyota Pavilion at Concord has its own set of rules and regulations designed to keep guests safe and happy.
Here’s what you need to know:
Attending shows with kids
Most events at Toyota Pavilion at Concord are all ages. Children aged 2 and under don’t need a ticket but must sit on a parent’s lap. You’ll find changing tables in both men’s and women’s bathrooms.
Service animals
Toyota Pavilion at Concord has a “no pets” policy. However, service animals are welcome at all shows.
Allowed items
» Clear plastic bags (no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”)
» Small wristlet or handheld wallet (no larger than 6” x 9”)
» Picnic food stored in a clear, 1-gallon size bag
» Factory-sealed plastic bottles (1-liter or less in size)
» Basic cameras, unless the artist specifically does not allow
» Small umbrellas or parasols
» Ponchos and raincoats
» Hats
» Seat cushions
» Small blankets
Prohibited items
» No offensive clothing
» No large bags or purses
» No coolers or ice chests
» No picnic baskets
» No video or audio recording devices (unless allowed by the artist)
» No alcoholic beverages
» No cans or glass bottles
» No professional cameras (including cameras with detachable lenses)
» No iPads, large tablets, or laptops
» No selfie sticks
» No drugs or drug paraphernalia
» No drones, remote control aircraft, or toy cars
» No balloons, flags, or banners
» No radios or portable TVs
» No laser pointers
» No sharp or dangerous items (for example, knives, spiked jewellery, wallet chains, fireworks, or mace)
» No lawn chairs of any size
» Gang activity (this includes wearing or displaying gang clothing and/or indicia.
